[/p]Last week, we reported about Universal Music Group waging war against certain hip-hop sites by restricting ad agencies from posting on sites it does business with that are deemed piracy sites.[/p]Cease and desist letters were send out to sites including RashaEntertainment to take down links of artist signed to their label. Young Money artist Drake who's album is being distributed by Universal does not agree with their latest policy and is calling for the label to not block his effort to give the fans free music.[/p]If more artist raise their voice in protest Universal will have no other choice but to change its draconian policy.[/p]
